The development and manufacturing of advanced laser marking solutions is our core business.
Still, the Alltec/FOBA-team does not only consist of technicians and engineers, but also of
business people and administration, IT and software specialists as well as sales and service staff.
Take a look!
Application EngineerJan is an Industrial Engineer, specialized in plastics technology, and is one of the first to see new products or raw materials, supplied as samples by our customers. Laser parameters must individually be optimized related to every single material in order to obtain the best possible marking result. Jan's main task is developing precise testing to determine the viability of a customer application and determine the proper laser type and settings.
Supplier Quality EngineerSatisfied customers are the priority of Pascal, our Supplier Quality Engineer. He makes sure that our suppliers provide component parts of best quality for our laser systems, so that later during production and operation, everything works without any problems. In order to hold quality audits, Pascal regularly tours our suppliers around the world.
Application Scientist/Material specialists (m/f)Application scientists, e.g. with expert knowledge in metal, plastics and other materials, are needed in the application department. For our customers, they create sample marks on different parts or products for customer review. Achieving best marking results is the main objective of their work, which also includes documentation of the process and presenting the results to the customers, often in cooperation with responsible colleagues from the sales or R&D departments.
Technicians (m/f)Our technicians have experience in process and control technology, mechanical devices, electronics and plant engineering. They assemble equipment and develop/document product test procedures to ensure the performance of each machine or component. In close cooperation with the R&D team and the service department, they contribute to the proper functioning of our laser systems for our business partners/clients.
Mechatronics/Electromechanics (m/f)Our laser systems are based on Yb: Fiber, CO2, UV, or solid state-lasers and electromechanical components. For assembling and testing and further development of these systems, we employ experienced mechanical and electromechanical specialists/engineers.
Engnieers (m/f)We utilize engineers in our R&D, applications lab, quality control departments, but also when technical consulting services are required. Useful in that context is to have expertise and skills in the field of lasers and vision systems.
Digital Marketers (m/f)Digital marketing is an essential part of our marketing strategy, where we rely on the innovative and creative skills of our campaign and performance managers. Beyond developing written (web) content, they are involved in website programming and video production. Among their main responsibilities are the set-up of our performance media and social media channels, creation and maintenance of our website as well as e-mail campaign management.
Sales Engineers/ Sales Representatives (m/f)Laser marking systems are being used in nearly every industry. Our sales engineers provide consultative advice directly to our customers worldwide. This includes explaining technical details and finding the best suitable marking solution in close collaboration with the client. The goal is 100% satisfaction for the customer. Our customer support department takes care of the organizational and commercial handling of purchase orders.
Soft-/Hardware Engineer (m/f)Marking software, user interfaces and hardware must constantly be adapted to changing industry requirements. This is why we need IT-specialists, who test, program and optimize software, firmware and hardware, closely cooperating with the application engineers.
Assemblers/Manufacturing Staff (m/f)Directly after order receipt, the laser marking system will be manufactured, according to the customer specification. Assembling the machines takes dexterity, accuracy and technical knowledge. A well structured Kanban-system ensures that all components will be at the assembly position. Part inventory is monitored and adjusted accordingly.
Bookkeepers/Controllers (m/f)Alltec/FOBA's integration into an international business organization makes the duties of controlling and finance, challenging and varied.
Physicists (m/w)Physicists are needed in our product management, our development or SAR (Special Application Request) departments. With regard to our target markets' requirements, they make sure that our marking solutions are constantly being developed further. Useful is a background in laser physics or if they even have received a doctorate in the field.
Industrial Engineers (m/f)In our product management, marketing or sales departments we have industrial engineers. They operate and shape the further development of our product portfolio and lead our long-term strategy.
Tele Marketers (m/f)Tele marketing is the heart of FOBA's direct approach to customers and prospective clients. Our telemarketing associates are not only fluent in different languages, but speak our customers' industry language too. They always have an ear open to customers' requirements. Immediate and straightforward customer communication is our basic concern.
Marketing Specialists (m/f)Representing what we do and what distinguishes our products, externally as well as internally, is what our marketing department is in charge of. For that purpose, they create central contents for all relevant communication channels (web and print), information as well as product brochures and press releases. Marketing related story telling, to us, is a concern of the heart, by which we intend to bring benefit to our clients. Besides digital media, we utilize traditional ways to get in touch with existing customers and potential customers, globally. Our event and show planners attend international exhibitions and develop new show concepts, adding value to representation purposes. Essential for our company's success is, above all, to know and watch our target markets. While our outbound-marketing makes us visible to the public, our visibility manager aids us in clearly understanding the markets and lets us know, where and how to address our potential clients.
Service Hotline Support (m/f)The FOBA Service hotline is available to our customers around the clock and across all global time zones. Our service staff members work at our facilities in Europe, the USA and Asia. They are well qualified to address our customer’s questions immediately. If spare parts are required, or a service visit is needed, they forward requests to our service technicians or customer support to guarantee prompt assistance.
Service Technicians (m/f)We want to make sure that the laser systems keep operating properly for all of our international customers. Our service technicians conduct regular maintenance visits, operator training and technical remote support. In case of a serious malfunction, emergency service can be dispatched to the customer quickly. We offer service coverage for any region where our customers are located.
Customer Support (m/f)Our customer support team interfaces with our customers in many areas. With a high degree of customer service in mind, they make sure that customers obtain spare parts on time, arrange that delivery and documentation procedures get accomplished correctly, manage order transaction administration and much more. Their expertise and experience serve our customers on any issue regarding their laser marking system.
In all departments – from manufacturing or SAR (Special Application Request) and customer service to R&D,
application, product management, sales, marketing and financial department – we offer candidates from different
backgrounds, excellent career development opportunities.
