Laser Marking on Sports Shoes

New Year, good resolutions … The motivation to do more sport can be increased even further with a fashionable and individual design of the sports shoes! In the production of sports shoes, on both the shoe sole and the upper materials marks can be applied with laser marking. The purpose of the marking is to achieve optical effects or to apply functional signs.

Plastic soles can be marked with patterns and logos, using a fiber laser. The foaming method creates robust logos or decorative structures, visible on the outer sole. Insoles, made of materials like EVA plastic, but also leather or PET textiles, can be marked with a UV laser marker using the color change method.
