The FOBA Workflow is a camera-based process concept that combines coordinated quality assurance steps: automatic part detection, product validation prior to marking, and real-time marking verification. The system supports users in meeting regulatory requirements – such as UDI, MDR, and FDA – and helps reduce scrap and rework.

Ultrashort Pulse Laser and UV Laser
In addition, FOBA will present two laser technologies: The ultrashort pulse laser produces deep-black, corrosion-resistant markings on metal – without thermal impact on the material. The technology is particularly suited for surgical instruments and demanding medical devices.
The ultraviolet laser is designed for marking sensitive plastics and can be compactly integrated into existing marking workstations and automated production lines.
