Using the web-based FOBA self-service portal, system operators and service managers can rectify faults quickly and structured at any time and 24/7 worldwide. Clear decision trees lead directly to the solution, while an intelligent search finds relevant content in a targeted manner. The media library offers 35 how-to videos on MarkUS and over 240 regularly updated parameter data.
