FOBA will present its new V.0042-uv UV laser marking system for the first time in northern Germany at the all about automation Hamburg trade fair on June 3–4, 2025. The laser has been specially developed for the precise marking of sensitive materials such as plastics without additives. With a wavelength of 355 nm, the V.0042-uv produces high-contrast and permanent markings – ideal for applications in the electronics, medical, and automotive industries.
Thanks to its compact design, the system can be easily integrated into existing production lines and is fully compatible with the FOBA M series. The high marking speed of up to 15,000 mm/s and the option of automatic alignment via an optional image processing system make the laser particularly efficient and versatile.
FOBA also offers flexible automation solutions in collaboration with leading partners. These are individually tailored to production environments and enable the seamless integration of demanding marking processes.
With the V.0042-uv, FOBA is expanding its portfolio with a powerful system that sets new standards in industrial laser marking.
