1985 Founding of ALLTEC Angewandte Laserlicht Technologie GmbH
1991 Establishment of the laser technology division in FOBA (start of the development of laser marking machines and laser engraving machines)
1992 Delivery of the first laser system for laser deep engraving at FOBA

2011 Brand consolidation concluded: Introduction of the new FOBA brand design
2013 ALLTEC Angewandte Laserlicht Technologie GmbH is awarded for achieving the Highly Protected Risk (HPR) status from FM Global because of its investment in an advanced system of safety measures in recent years; 
2015 FOBA qualifies itself with its systems as "GS1 Germany Solution Provider" and as "HIBC Approved Solution Provider" and meets therefore the GS1 standards for identification, data media, communications and processes, as well as the HIBC identification standards
2023 ALLTEC Angewandte Laserlicht Technologie GmbH becomes part of Product Quality and Innovation (PQI) of Veralto Corp.
