For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential information (e.g., purchase orders or inquiries that you send to us), this website uses TLS encryption (Transport Layer Security). - Collection and storage of data, type and purpose of use
a) When visiting the website
When this website is accessed, information is automatically sent to our website’s server through the browser used on your end device. This information is stored temporarily in a "log file". The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until automatic deletion:
- IP address of the computer making the request,
- Date and time of access,
- Name and URL of file requested,
- Website from which access was referred (referrer URL),
- Browser used and, if applicable, your computer’s operating system and the name of your access provider.
This data is processed to ensure that a smooth connection is established and our website is comfortable to use, and to evaluate the system’s security and stability. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR. We never use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you personally.
b) When using contact forms
If you address inquiries to us using one of our contact forms (general contact form, application form for the human resources department, application advice, service package form, download form), the data disclosed in these forms is collected, stored and used exclusively for the purposes of responding to your inquiry on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form is automatically deleted upon the resolution of your inquiry unless we are obliged to store the data for a longer period in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter c GDPR due to retention and documentation obligations on the basis of fiscal and commercial law (according to the German Commercial Code (HGB), German Penal Code (StGB) or the German Fiscal Code (AO)), or if you have consented to data being stored for longer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter a GDPR, or if further processing remains necessary for the verification and processing of claims in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter b GDPR.
c) Email newsletter
If you have registered for our newsletter, we collect, store and use the data given during your registration exclusively for the purposes of creating and sending the newsletter. The legal basis of the processing is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR). You may revoke your consent at any time without giving a reason by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The data collected is then no longer used and deleted from our newsletter distribution list.
- Transfer to Third Parties
Your personal data is only transferred to third parties insofar as it is required for the processing of your inquiry, your purchase order or your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter b GDPR. This includes, in particular, the transfer of data to the respective partner responsible for local customer service in Europe. You can find an overview of partner companies here.
The data transferred may only be used by third parties for the purposes listed. Otherwise, data is not transferred to third parties.
We use "session cookies" on our website. Cookies are small files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. The information generated by these cookies about your use of our website, including your IP address, is transmitted to a server of Marketo in the United Kingdom and stored. You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with effect for the future.
Please note that Marketo evaluates your user behaviour when sending the newsletter or other requested information on our behalf. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons, also called tracking pixels. These are one-pixel image files that link to our website and thus enable us to evaluate your user behaviour. We use the data obtained in this way to create a user profile in order to provide you with the newsletter tailored to your interests. In doing so, we record when you read our newsletter, which links you click on in it and deduce your personal interests from this. We link this data to actions you take on our website. The information collected in this way is stored by Marketo on its server in the EU/EWR.
Tracking is not possible if you have deactivated the display of pictures in your e-mail program by default. This website uses the remarketing feature of Google Inc. ("Google"). This feature is designed to help visitors to the site through the Google Network

With our live chat function, you are able to contact employees of ALLTEC GmbH in real time. For this purpose, we need to know and process your full name and email address. The data and the cookies used for the live chat are collected, stored and used exclusively to conduct the chat with you on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR. They are automatically deleted after the live chat ends unless we are obliged to store the data for a longer period in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter c GDPR due to retention and documentation obligations on the basis of fiscal and commercial law (HGB, StGB or AO), or if you have consented to data being stored for longer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter a GDPR, or if further processing remains necessary for the verification and processing of claims in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter b GDPR;
- Orders for Spare Parts
If you place an order for spare parts online, the data disclosed is collected, stored and used exclusively for the purpose of processing your order. The legal basis of this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR.
- Commissioned Data Processing
The processing of personal data is carried out in the USA by a company for commissioned data processing . An adequacy decision made by the EU Commission is in force (EU-US Privacy Shield, decision dated 07/12/2016, C (2016) 4176 final).
- Your Rights
In accordance with the provisions of GDPR , you have the right to receive information (Art. 15), to amendment and deletion (Art. 16, 17), to the restriction of processing (Art. 18) and a right to data portability (Art. 20) as well as a right to file a complaint with a regulatory authority (Art. 77).
Insofar as your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR, you have the right, in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, to object to the processing of your personal data, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is raised in respect of direct advertising. What data received from you will we process? And for what purposes?
We process the data that you have sent us in connection with your application in order to evaluate your qualification for the position (or, where applicable, other open positions in our company) and to complete the application procedure.
What is the legal basis for this?
The legal basis for processing your personal data in this application procedure is primarily the new version of § 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act [BDSG] in the version effective as of 05/25/2018. According to this, it is permissible to process the data required in connection with a decision about establishing an employment relationship.
If the data should be required subsequent to concluding the application procedure, and where necessary, for pursuing a legal action, data processing can be carried out based on the prerequisites of Art. 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation [DSGVO], in particular, for exercising legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO. Our interests then consist of asserting or defending against claims.
For how long will the data be stored?
The data of applicants will be deleted after 6 months in the event of negative reply. In the event that you have consented to further storage of your personal data, we will accept your data into our applicant pool. The data will be deleted from this pool after the expiration of two years. If you should receive an offer for a position within the framework of our application procedure, the data will be transferred out of the applicant data system into our human resources information system.
To which recipients will the data be transmitted?
Subsequent to receipt of your application, your applicant data will be reviewed by the human resources department. Qualified applications will then be forwarded intern to person responsible in the department for the respective open position. The further course of action will then be coordinated. As a general rule, only those persons in our company have access to your data who require this for properly processing our application procedure. There is no transfer to third parties.
Where are the data processed?
Your data will be exclusively processed in computer centers located in the Federal Republic of Germany.
