Our service technicians are competent contact persons for repairs and spare parts service and can also install and maintain your systems and machines on request. Various individually adaptable maintenance and inspection concepts with repairs or exchange of system components guarantee the smooth operation of your laser permanently and preventively and reduce downtimes.

Hot Wire: Hotline

Our service hotline is the first place to go to for all questions pertaining to technical service for our laser marking systems and engraving machines as well as third-party devices such as suction systems and cooling units. Our employees at our international service centers are available to advise and assist you at all times on telephone or via email. Right from error analysis to initial support to spare parts consulting.

Fault detected, problem eliminated: Repair Service

Repairs are done using a standardized RMA process (Return Materials Authorization) at our head office in Germany. Our hotline staff provide support for everything concerning the RMA process, including the registration for repair work.
